Rebound Therapy sessions offered thanks to a Children in Need Grant
We have secured funding from Children in Need to offer low cost Rebound Therapy sessions for disabled children aged 8 to 18 at Greenbank Sports Academy.
Greenbank Sports Academy set to receive Sport England funding to develop disability sport on Merseyside
Staff at Greenbank Sports Academy are celebrating after being told that they will receive a 3 year funding package of £318,000 from Sport England to develop disability sports provision across Merseyside over the next 3 years. Choices for Disability Sport Merseyside will build on the success of the Choices programme that has been run in Greenbank Sports Academy since 2012
Taking on the 3 Peaks Challenge to raise money for Greenbank
A group of 14 people have decided to take part in the 3 Peaks Challenge on 6 and 7 July to help raise funds for activities for disabled people run by the Greenbank Project Charity. The challenge consists of climbing 3 mountains – one each in England, Scotland and Wales all within 24 hours!
Charity Ball – Raffle Prize Winners
The recent Greenbank Charity Ball raised approximately £5000 to support our work with disabled people.
