It’s National Careers Week from 2 to 6 March and Greenbank College has got involved by organising a full programme of employment themed workshops for students.
A huge thanks to the team of 12 Santander staff who swapped their phones for paint brushes and painted Greenbank College’s reception area and kitchen.
A huge thanks to Peel Port 500 for donating £500, which allowed us to purchase a Kitchen Aid Mixer, crockery and cutlery for Greenbank College’s catering department.
We are delighted to have secured the continued support of St James’s Place Foundation throughout 2015. Their £50,000 grant provides us with the funds to continue to offer 16 sports activity sessions per week at Greenbank Sports Academy, including boccia, wheelchair handball and basketball, cycling, table tennis and multi-sports, for disabled people aged 8 and above.
We have secured funding from Children in Need to offer low cost Rebound Therapy sessions for disabled children aged 8 to 18 at Greenbank Sports Academy.
