Greenbank have recently been successful in retaining the We invest in people, standard accreditation.
It means our principles and practices around supporting people are in place and everyone understands how to use them to make work better!
At Greenbank, all our staff understand the difficulties and prejudices that people living with a disability face and work hard to offer a variety of inclusive opportunities that otherwise would not be available, in areas such as education, sport and recreation.
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Greenbank. Being accredited with We invest in people is a remarkable effort for any organisation, and places Greenbank in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
Commenting on the award, Mary Beaumont, Greenbank CEO, said: “We are so proud to have retained our Investors in People accreditation. We’ve made a pledge in our strategic plan to make Greenbank a place where colleagues can thrive and enjoy coming into work and the IIP accreditation shows our commitment to that.”
