A massive thanks to staff at Deloitte’s Liverpool office whose generosity meant we were able to provide a Christmas Party, complete with a gift from Santa for the disabled children who regularly take part in activities at the Sports Academy.
Staff at Deloitte donated approximately fifty brilliant gifts which were handed out at the party by Santa.
The children were delighted and very excited and there was real party atmosphere.
Sport Development Manager Mark Palmer commented:
“It wouldn’t be possible to organise an event like this without the support of Deloitte – I can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done.”
Alice Wilson, a Consultant at Deloitte added:
“Buying a gift for a child is such a personal way of supporting a local charity and it’s great to be able to see first-hand what pleasure our donations have brought. It’s a wonderful event.”
